Unfortunately you need this app for the picture frame. The app has a few problems. When I tried to enter a frame with email address, it said the address was already there and I couldn't add it. No way to see or delete 'previously added addresses '. After the frame accepts your request you have to 'bind' with the frame. No menu option to do this. I finally chose 'other devices' and then a 'bind' option came up. Not able to put anything in 'my devices'. Choosing and sending pics equally hard.

Was a little wonky but used to work fine. Haven't added photos in awhile so went to add a bunch. It says successfully uploaded but then they don't show up on the frame. Tried everything I could resetting the frame, updating, different WIFI, nothing works. Looks like tons of other people are having the same problem if you read the other reviews. The app is broken now, please fix it!!!!

You need this app if you want to remotely add pictures to a Dragon Touch e-picture frame. There are lots of things wrong with the app and concept (hosted in PR China). For starters, I could not set-up an account. There are no error messages or guidance. I don't know if my username was too long, my password was too long or not complex enough but in any case it would not allow entering an email address. I gave up. For the frame I was able to use a PC to copy to the ftp address or via an SD card.
