As an "older person" I'd love if the apps user interface was or could be high contrast. The light blue on white is so difficult to read, especially when I get an alert notification. Going on my 2nd year of continuous use on my three cameras and I'm very happy with them!

The app is ridiculous, when people come to ring the doorbell and you enter the app a stupid ad appears to get their monthly charge. it disrupts the ability to see who is at the door, in times like this, knowing who is at the door and if they are carrying a weapon is the most important thing. the ad takes up the whole window space and also the constant warnings that there is someone at the door even though you press ignore keep on appearing. I would never buy again.

The app is what I have SUCH issues with. It works some days... not all.... and it is always a "connection" issue when I know it is not the connection when I can go sit in my car in my driveway and use my wifi... Thinking it might be time to just upgrade and that sucks because I literally got these a year ago. Just seems the software and everything is outdated if it is having such connection issues.
