HOW IESO WORKS
You’ll have scheduled one-on-one sessions with your therapist, as well as the ability to send/receive messages from your therapist in between sessions – whether you have a question or just need a little extra motivation. Your therapist will also provide you with skill-building tasks to complete in-between sessions, so you can put what you’ve learned into practice in your everyday life.
