Provide your basic details and submit
Convert to Regular Savings Account within a year for additional benefits

IPPB Mobile banking app is not working for the past three months. I could not able to enter OTP at the end while registering. Keypad is not at all enabled for entering OTP. I do not know why the fix is not yet provided or there is no upgraded version of app as well not yet released. Can someone help on this issues.

After recent update, after entering all details, to enter OTP the keyboard is not getting activated. So not able to login. So there is need of improvement urgently. UNABLE TO ENTER OTP. Still the keyboard is not getting activated to enter the OTP.

Earlier when I've used it it was working great and given it 5 star rating, but nowadays after the recent update i have to enter the details every time I go for payment, it is very much disgusting. Moreover earlier i can use the app without having the registered sim on the phone, but now it cannot be done as the system stucks at the otp page if the sim is not inside the mobile. Please remove this bugs and try to improve the facility, so that we can rate 5 again.
