App in Android redirects you to their login page in a browser. Once you log in, it asks if you want to enable biometrics for login. If you say yes, it says it can't enable it because it's an unsupported platform. So click do it later, and open in the app. If you go to your profile and attempt to enable biometric login in the app, it takes you back to the browser login page. If you ignore that and go back to the app, you're logged out there as well. Bill pay works well.

The app sucks. You cant even choose ENGLISH as a language when it prompts you, so I cannot proceed from there. Plus navigating around as a guest is confusing. There is no easy way to get to the power outages list, without signing in. It asks too many questions, like more than a doctor would ask. No easy way to navigate. When you open the app, there is no immediate prompt to Sign in.

Finally, an app to pay my utility bill and look at previous months' charges. However, it is very primitive. I have to look up and physically enter my 10 digit account number every month when I pay my bill. (Who memorizes account numbers?! Oh, and don't forget to erase the dash if you copy and paste it!! ) There's no option for the app to remember my login information or to create a login ID. No biometric login option either. Maybe NG could use their profits to design a more user-friendly app!
