The payment system has been working without issue for a while now and the app loading time has been cut down significantly. Sometimes I am not able to access my acct info in the app because of some type of connection error. It has not become a hindrance yet, however it happens enough that it is annoying. Besides, the issues with accessing my info, I would still recommend this app. It helps more than it doesn't.

After the switch to their new electric corp their default payment options have all been removed except just one... The only option is to delay bill for 30 days. That stinks! Our bill went up considerably during the winter and with their 30 day option I have to come up with almost $800 and it has to be paid in full no exceptions. That's not the best option, having it broken up over 6 payments like before would help out so much more. Now that option is gone! Disappointing!

Love my up to date access to my account at all times! Makes me feel secure to know I can keep track of our usage, as well as to know when power is down in our area with ETA reports. Love my bill pay options, too! Thank you for giving me control of my account with easy navigation through the app itself!
