About this app

The Green Mountain Power app gives our customers all the tools and information needed to manage their account. Take care of essential tasks like making a payment or reporting an outage in just a few taps. View your current balance, outages affecting you, usage, generation, and more.

GMP customers can sign in using their My Account username and password. GMP customers that don’t already have a My Account login can register in the app.

- Get usage data down to the hour
- See average temperature and sun conditions for each day and hour

- Manage your service account and profile settings
- Set a nickname and photo for your service account

I would have given it a 5 before. Been using this app for a long time. Never had an issue until very recent. Have not been able to get it to load. Unable to use at all. Not able to pay my bill or see my bill. I use the paperless option for billing so a big problem. Also tried paying on website with no success either. Website doesn't take my account number. Cuts off last digit. So not able to pay there either. Frustrating.

Was working great, I use it to pay bills on 2 different properties. Now I get either a blank green screen, or "we're experiencing technical issues, try again in a few minutes." Tha has been going on for a couple weeks. I cleared cache, storage, uninstalled and reinstalled.

Just installed and doesn't open. Wanted to try and update my payment information as i I get an error on any browser on my PC. Guess it's spend too much time on a support line.😐 I notice others have complqined on 10/6 saying they also get This green screen freeze. And then another 2 days later. Developer claimed on both cases it was the first time they'd heard of it. Please just fix the issue.
