The biometric is not working after the update was completed. Also, after downloading the payslip, we are unable to find the payslip document in the File Manager, Downloads, or any zip folder. Kindly fix these issues. And I can't be able to enter the pin on the home page.

Pensioners Basic Details are blank. Unable to fill in. Pensioners profile additions- after making 3 updates, the App returns to Home page. No pension slip is found. Unable to download pay drawn file. Mustering Details are blank. Unable to fill in. Income Tax regime selection is impossible. Shows error ORA-06502:PL/SQL. Unable to use Feedback. The one star is for the ability to register and login. Overall worthless and deserves to be uninstalled. Continues in the same state even now.

This is such an good and useful app especially for officials working in my department. Actually, this enables us to work.Only grievance is that I need upgraded OS(Android 11 and above). I will be happy and satisfied if you upgrade the OS version. Make sure it's develop as this allows me to work. Thank you.
