The worst money I have spent $200.00 on trouble at syncing and it's not my phone. I have put several help tickets and you get no help from the company ifit. I wouldn't recommend this product or app. I have to sync it every day. Don't buy the vue sport pack it's a waste
I bought it because i thought it would be a good thing to start with instead of buying a expensive fit bit right away. It records my steps and my sleep but not my heart rate and it has a lot of trouble syncing to my phone. I have a lg g5 so I know its not my phone. I have high blood pressure so it would be more helpful if it recorded my heart rate like it says it does. I will be investing in a actual fit bit and trashing this one because its one of those things were you get what u pay for...
Just installed the app. Debating on becoming a premium member. I like that it syncs data from my treadmill. The nutrition part is broken. The app times out when scanning barcodes and won't let me manually enter the food. The search works, but then the app crashes when narrowing the search or selecting the appropriate item from the search results. Please address.
As an Icon associate, I have had the opportunity to use the ifit coach app for the last few months and it is amazing! My favorite part of the app is the customization the app allows for each person. If I eat something bad, or more than I should have in the morning, the app will tell me how to compensate for that in my workout later. It takes the guess work out of it for me and saves me time. Great App!
No wonder this has a bunch of negative reviews. I'm supposed to be able to connect to my phone through my new treadmill with iFit but there appears to be no such thing.
Trash. Worst workout app on Play. The UI is horrible and not at all user friendly. Logging progress is confusing and glichy. If you (ifit) guys are looking for someone to help revamp this garbage, let me know.
