It only works every now and again. Everytime I try to get onto the app, it closes on me and says there's an error... if it gets fixed, I'll be able to give a better review. Updated It is still not working. I have unloaded and installed it multiple times but it still shuts down. Please fix this!!! Week later and I still can't get the app to stay open. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, updated and app won't open.
I have had my ifit for 3 days. The first 2 days it was fine. Tracked everything and worked the way it should have. Today it won't open at all. I will be extremely upset of this doesn't work and i just spent money on a product that can't actually track what i am doing. I also don't like that you cannot delete food items..
The only reason it gets one star and not 0 is...its not an option. I have uninstalled/installed it several times to get it to work and it still doesn't work. It seriously needs to be fixed. I'm in a step challenge at work and keeping track of my steps is becoming a hassle. Still not loading. This is a nightmare!!!!! I really hate the upgrade. Bring back the other one.
You can't tell when it's working. I tried even googling it and it just said how to check the battery. And my battery was fully charged and the light wouldn't stay on. I tried everything possible to get it to work. It's useless. But there is a way better app to track everything without that band.
It does not track my steps or sleep today i walked over 2 hrs and it said i did nothing today. High disappointed. I want the old app back
It doesn't work. Every time I try to open the app it stops working and shuts off. The old app worked fine but it is no longer available. Fix this!
