Update has completely caused everything to stop working. I can't even get my ifit act to link. The app recognizes it but no matter what I do it simply won't link. Very frustrating because I can't sync any of my activity. That's the whole purpose of my ifit act so now it is worthless to me so I guess this has been a total waste of my money. Please fix this ASAP!!! Well after redownloading the app it does now link with my device but still no sync!!!! POS
Doesn't work Just purchased a new pro-form elliptical/bike with "ifit" on it install this app and doesnt even give me an option to set it up. Would love for this to work, love the elliptical not the ifit so much. Being we purchased this with part of the interest being able to use ifit to track our progress if it doesn't work would love for you to issue a particial refund. This new app seems to only be aimed for watches.
Gold gym elliptical i350 I'm very upset. I asked for this elliptical specifically so I could link my activity to it.. little did I know know joke was on me as it doesn't sync to the elliptical like it's supposed there isn't even an option on the app for the elliptical! This is absolutely ridiculous! I just wanted to keep track of my performance.
Won't Connect This app fails to connect with my ProForm treadmill. Seems like numerous reviewers have the same complaint. I followed the treadmill's manual and even searched for troubleshooting info online. Nothing that explains why the Bluetooth connection won't pair. The app setup also requires you to pick a wearable device and doesn't have options for exercise equipment.
Will not use when ifit breaks. Cannot view actual food after it's logged, just calories and that makes it hard to remember what's not been entered when you are busy. Also, nowhere to put in your own recipies for things, or to change up things when dining out. With a few minor changes this could me as good as my favorite app by under armor.
UPDATE MADE THE APP FAULTY! My iFit app worked PERFECTLY with my Duo before the first update hit last weekend. I opened the app & it synced AUTOMATICALLY. Since the update, I HAVE to use the pull down 6-8 times until I'm prompted to "unlink & reconnect". It will work as it should for a time or two before I have to do it all over again. I've lost progress in numbers at least 3 times this week & the newest update, today, has done no better. Very disappointed....
