Most useless piece of equipment I've ever purchased! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE IFIT ACTIVE BAND!!! It doesn't work & is not worth the gasoline to return it...it guesses at your steps & sleep patterns. Buy a step tracker at Wal-Mart & get a more accurate count of your activity level! The app is hopelessly out of date & set up for urban city dwellers that purchase pre-packaged foods & no space for those who cook from scratch...I'm going back to the sparkpeople app!
Reinstall after update After the new update, I had to do a fresh install. Because I already had an active account, all my information was already stored. It is really a great app that does just about everything that you could possibly want. My only criticism is that I have not figured out how to edit my calorie intake or remove accidentally added workouts.
Such a disappointment. The user interface for this app and band are awful. I have had several other bands and how they work and the easy of adding end editing input far outshines this unit. It's a great idea poorly executed.
Waste of $150 After finally deciding to shell out $150 for two "Activity Tracker" bracelets (one for myself and one for my mother), I promptly came on to download the App. Not only can I not create a new account (which you need to have to be able to use them), but I also was not able to get them to connect to my phone. I am of course assuming that is from the App not allowing me to create an account, which the App needs to operate. I will be removing the App and returning the activity trackers to the store.
Help Please! I have downloaded this app 3 separate times, it will not let me create an account. I want to use my ifit active but the app won't let me. What do I do?
What a crock! The device seemed ok, but this ap is useless. I tried to create an account at least 5 times, used two different emails and facebook, but it would not create an account. Without access to the acount, the device is useless. I'll be taking it back to the store tommorrow.
