I usually have to log in 4 times because it keeps saying I timed out even though it's only seconds between entering info. Once it finally works it's great.
Very convenient and easy to use. The only thing I would suggest is finding a way to make picture taking of deposits a little less demanding of perfect pictures as all phone cameras are not alike and getting just the right photo is difficult at time.
I love the convenience of accessing my account. great app. The only downfall is when you're transferring money you don't know if you're making a mistake until after. Update: 01/19/18-- they fixed the issue way way back!!!
I've been banking with tyndall for a long time now, and they've not changed a bit. Bad customer service, if anything goes wrong it's your fault. There is always something wrong with this app, but just like their methods, they won't change it. Update: years later and I would still not recommend Tyndall to anyone. Have had many more issues from them since my last review. If it weren't such a hassle to move all of my accounts and such to a different bank I would do it in a heartbeat.
Everything is nice on app except for the check deposit you have to retake the back of the check several times to get it right. I would give 5 stars but that get aggregating.
Works great except for the camera function, always grainy and blurry. Especially like the fingerprint sign-in option.
