It's ok Mobile deposit works but needs improving. Would like to see Android Pay support, spoke with the team about it, said they were taking notes on how many people showed interest, If you are let them know.
I really love the functionality of this app. It seems I always had issues with my previous bank trying to do the pictures for mobile deposit. The front would be accepted and then I would have to take the back picture several times. That bank said it must be my phone. Obviously it was not.
Mobile Deposit issues Mobile Deposit is now having issues finding corners of checks, making it near impossible to complete a transaction. Tried on phone and tablet and far too many attempts until successful. Even with putting check on a dark surface for contrast. Needs to be updated.
Picture sensitivity not well I can try to make a mobile deposit on this app and it not be able to read the check or find the corners. Yet using same phone with other banks it works fine. Just needs some improving.
Compare to the old system... This app. rocks! Much smoother and less annoying than the old application they first began with. If you bank with Tyndall Ferderal Credit Union and you own a tablet, personal computer, or smart phone, this app is worth the space.
App ok I hate the fact that I cannot make multiple transfers between my own personal accounts. They limit you to 5 or 6 transfers per month then they want to charge you $30 for each additional transfer. Last time I checked it's my accounts in my money so I would think that I would be able to transfer money between my accounts without having a limitation on that.
We continue to make updates to our app with a new look and feel when you are looking at accounts, recent transactions, and when you are making transfers.
