DO NOT SET UP AUTO PAY FOR LOANS THROUGH THIS APP. We traded the vehicle off and they continued to take the payment from my checking account, then made me drive to Fairmont to get my money back 4 days later. Then, after it was supposed to have been resolved, they done it again the following month!

I'm very satisfied with everything. it doesn't matter which location I go to. I am always greeted and provided with excellent service. I also love the security of the mobile banking. I would highly recommend to anyone to use the first exchange Bank
