Make external transfers a lot and window doesn't open often. Thought it was the phone but got a new one and have the same problem. When it works though it's great

toolbars not relateable...transfer doesn't make sense used to mean transferring funds between accts, could not figure out easily how to pay a bill or chg amount to an auto pay acct cust svc sent me to website also not easy to find acct info without a 2nd call this time to helpful branch mgr.
