It's OK....when it works. Can't get into mobile banking as the "upgraded experience" being released broke everything. The mobile app & the online banking have been down for 2 days without any kind of update as to why or what is being done to fix it. Talk about frustration with no realistic alternative. Two straight days of downtime for mobile banking is unacceptable especially when no one can provide any information on the problem except that "it's being worked on". #ClearlyTerrible

So I love my new Credit Union. I've never had an account with one and they made it super easy but their app system is confusing. I wish they had columns set up that you can click on to see withdrawals, deposits, and check deposits. It's all together and doesn't give you when the date was it was taken or deposited into your account. You have to reach line carefully and figure it out. At least make the font color different?

The largest and most frustrating issue to me is the check deposit. I've had this app for years and not once has it ever worked. I've tried calling about it, and all they tell me to do is do it in better lighting. I get errors that the name on the check doesn't match the user on the account, that the date isn't within the proper range, that the amount on the check says 0.00 and not the amount it's actually written for. Absolutely ridiculous.
