Frustrated with the app. Can't depend on it. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I check for an update, and no updates are needed. Usually, the app fails me when I need to access my information most and in a timely manner. I have a brand new phone and good internet, but the app either crashes and shuts down, doesn't take my login credentials, or won't open to start with. Please fix asap, and keep it maintained. When it works well, it definitely does have nice features.

The app is pretty simple to use which is very nice. What I'm not happy with is that the widget doesn't always work properly which is frustrating. The worst part is that your account summary isn't always accurate. It will show transactions one time you log in but then the next time those transactions will be gone. This happens especially when its under a pending transaction.

this app is terrible. It doesn't work half of the time and it will quite literally rewrite history to make it look like you are overdrafted when you aren't. This bank has charged me with so many fraudulent overdraft fees because of how this app works. I am considering leaving this bank soon, and if you are looking for a bank I suggest you don't use this one.
