To use the National Police mobile app, you must be a member and enrolled in our online banking service. If you’re already enrolled, simply log in with your existing credentials.

New to Online Banking?
Visit www.nationalpolicefcu.com or tap the Sign Up button within the app. Your initial login credentials will be your 5-digit account number and 9 followed by the last four digits of your Social Security Number (e.g., 91234).

I always have a smooth and uneventful experience when I use this app!!! 01 May 2026: still using this app with no problems whatsoever!!!

Feels like a scam. They absorb my bank, make it so I can't pay my credit card through the app and then charge fees when I can't get to the ONLY bank branch in town. Has progressively lost app features that make it incredibly difficult to online bank given there are no in person locations nearby.

I was able to always log in app. All of sudden, they want to verify security. My number change. I go on desktop and put in my new number. The app still shows old number and needs verification. I received code to new phone but it's not registering on app. I spoke with customer service and still no help. I uninstalled app. Not working. Wants everyone change to A/I there apparently suck
