You should utilize First Capital Bank of Kentucky's (my bank Main Source bought out) app software, especially their mobile deposit, it is much more user friendly and accurate. Additionally, they only charged $0.50 per deposit which is considerably more reasonable than Main Source charges per deposit of $1.50. You should be encouraging your customers to use a service that significantly cuts down on carbon emissions (driving to the bank to deposit free of charge). I am disappointed in your back thus far through the transition.
Can't login to save my life. When I go to confirm my identity either through call or text it will tell me that I have "lost connect to the Internet." Which is a lie! Get this fixed please!
Mobile deposit is too sensitive compared to other banks. Also, takes a manual "authorization" to use features that are locked out until "approved."
