Not User-Friendly for Mobile Deposits 1) Had to retake deposit check images multiple times...despite clear images...."Different size" error. 1/16 inch? 2) Next, no confirmation of deposit pending online after sending? 3) Called to inquire, and was informed that 'mobile deposits after 1pm PST not processed until next day". 4) Unless 'For mobile deposit only' isn't written on face of check, it will be rejected. AND 5) Takes 3 business days for funds to clear! This is more of a contest than an app!!! Come on, are they kidding?
Use for viewing and transfer. I have not ventured into the deposit or bill pay options yet so can't comment on this part of app. I do like the notification feature and easy to view and transfer funds. There are so many other ways to pay bills so I see bill option useful for places that do not offer direct electronic access on their site or if need to send electronic checks. I want to wait till get support line first before doing first deposit in case something goes wrong.
Great new look, clean & crisp Been using online banking for years. Wasn't thrilled about the app, until now. Great job and kudos to the design team. I love this app now.
Great bank not so great app The app is very buggy. Barely maintains connection on a weak wifi. You communicating numbers not pictures or movies ur app needs some fat trimmed and some debugging.
Easy & Convenient App is easy to navigate & convenient to use. The only thing I don't like are all the excessive texts I get, which I'm sure I can change (just haven't looked into it yet)
Love it Easy to use, as long as I can remember my password lol. I love being able to see what's paid and what's not on the go
