The only reason I have push notifications turned on is so when my balance is low or when there is a large withdrawl I know about it immediately. But it can be hours or even the next day before I get a notification of low balance or large withdrawals. With the recent theft of my information and money, this would have allowed me to catch the 500 dollar withdrawal before they made a second withdrawal. Please fix this. I need this to work properly. I love the app otherwise and will happily rate higher if this can be fixed.
The mobile check deposit takes much longer than on the Apple version, and sometimes displays the "Please wait" pop up for so long that I'm logged out due to inactivity. Other than that, it's easy to view finances and make transfers.
Ok, but check deposit is flakey. Didn't recognize a bona fide elevations check with the date clearly written as "18 July 2017". Also failed on Comcast check claiming it couldn't find the signature. Didn't have these problems in previous versions.
The check deposit function is garbage. I have to do the picture half a dozen times before it works because it can never read the date on a perfectly clear app. Other than that, the app is adequate.
A very fluid and easy way to monitor your banking with elevations. Can do transfer savings to checking and check purchase history. This app also saved me from identity fraud.
Good for checking balance. Depositing a cheque, however, requires several attempts; the app may complain that a cheque is unreadable even when given very high-quality images.
