It's nice to have the check deposit feature, but the app requires entering a password every time instead of using the phone's authentication features. It's also slow sometimes and occasionally buggy.
I love it, its nice 👍 theres some features I haven't used yet, but its still nice. And I wish they would bring back the FINGERPRINT access feature! that made logging in wayyy faster. But hey, good and easy app 👍 I can pay my credit card through my phone, instead of having to go all the way to bank. Which is convenient!
The addition of a fingerprint scanner in the new version is great, but it only works for one account. If you set it up for that account, you can't log into any of your other accounts without logging into the first, turning off fingerprint scan, and logging out again. (By different accounts I mean those with different account numbers, NOT, for example, checking and savings on the SAME account number.) This should be fixed.
Great interface and consistent usability everytime I was having issues it was because I didn't know a bank rule and the assigned customer service agent explained and helped me out in short order. Keep it up
Penalizing mobile deposits Elevations penalizes mobile deposits (versus teller)... with lower deposit limits, stricter policing of endorsements, and useless dialogues on "is this legible? Is that?"
