This app does all the basic things you would require for a banking app. Where it lacks is when you need to contact a human being. I find it unnecessary to give sll your information to the automated voice only to have to do it all ovrr again to the Human, and the choice menu is easy to get stuck with the same option being offered over and over. i've often. had to hang up to be able to start all over again only to wind up with the same repetitive options. Its unnecessary.

I sometimes have to log out and log back in multiple times because my accounts don't show up the first time. Just now, I logged in once and got an error that it timed out (as soon as I logged in), then I logged back in and the accounts screen was blank, so had to log out and back in a third time. So annoying. It's happened for years across multiple phones. The app is updated. Odd that no one else reports the same issue.

I love how simple this app is. Nothing fancy causing it to glitch or crash. It shows me my accounts, it allows me to make payments or transfer funds, and since they finally updated the mobile deposit part, i can skip the trip to deposit a check. Please don't change this app, it's perfect as-is. Also. THANK YOU FOR NOT BEING AN AD-APP!!! I will say, though, i prefer seeing pending and posted amounts separated, like it was before. Don't know when that update was, but it was more clear then.
