• Deposit checks fast and on-the-go with Mobile Deposit
• View your credit score and credit report in real time with My Credit Score (personal only)

• Transfer money between your WPCU account and another member’s account

App was running great. now when I go to exit I can't sign out without going to another screen to find the exit button. Once I'm logged out o cannot press the back button to simply exit screen. it's just refreshes the log in screen. very frustrating. (text is also huge and people can see over my shoulder.. I cannot change it, annoying but that i can deal with. )

I've never used a bank where 1 out of 10 times, I'm unable to check my balance. The app randomly disables fingerprint login, throws indecipherable error messages when trying to log in (particularly in the late evening or early morning), frequently fails to display accounts on launch (incredibly useful considering seeing/accessing accounts is the entire point of the app), and needs both a massive cosmetic overhaul, and a significant functional update.

why is this app so bad? I've had WP for years now and the app has never worked. It always says that the "internal accounts are unavailable" and I have to go to the transfer window to see how much is in there OR log in & out a thousand times until it decides to load the page. It can take days sometimes before my amount shows correctly. I could use my card and it'll stay at the amount for days before it updates with the purchase. It's 2026, get it together WPCU.
