Doesn't always work Frustrated with this app. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. It will make me repetitively take the same picture until I give up. And don't even think about depositing two checks that look similar (but aren't, such as two seperate child support checks for the same amount)...the app can't tell the difference and won't cooperate.
Changes suck The changes on the last update make make the app go from 5 stars to 3. I dont like the fact i can't click on my mortgage or credit card and pay it. Instead i have to transfer money to it.
Poor mobile deposit performance Had to retake a picture several times when the check was well within the boundaries. Resulting image was unclear. It'll manage and you do get account information at your convenience.
Updated 8/26/16 Update: The newest version changed the user interface and is nowhere near as nice to look at or use. why mess with a good thing? The previous incarnation was a better implemented UI and was easier to use. That's the only reason I went with two stars instead of one.
The app has worked great for my family. I have not had any problems with it so far. I am sure it could have more bells and whistles, but it has proven to be an asset to my financial needs. I have never had any problem with customer service either. Always professional and friendly and has solved any problem I have had (which is very few)
Need to update check scanner I had a lot of difficulty scanning a back of check. They need to update this feature. My son has Huntington and their feature is a lot nicer.
