The app could be better. But it is good enough to get the job done. The app's ability to take pictures has gotten worse over time. It no longer defaults to landscape mode, so I must take the first image in portrait orientation with my phone in landscape orientation and the go back and retake the picture before the app switches to landscape mode. I'm taking off 2 stars for the camera hassles.

This is a well made app. You can do basically anything you'd normally need the web browser version for but on your phone. Only improvement I'd say is the mobile check deposit feature. They try to make it easy to use but it needs some fine tuning still. The overlays for scanning the check never quite line up, I never use them since my deposit gets declined if I do. There's always a chance my deposit will be rejected and I have to do it again the next day, but it still saves me a trip to a branch.

Generally works fine. Though I have issues with mobile deposits. I dont like the way it accepts mobile deposits then later rejects them. When it gets rejected after initially accepting it they notify you via email though the subject line says nothing about a rejected deposit so it's easy to miss. It also gives no information about what got rejected, no check number, no reasoning, doesnt even say what account. This needs to be updated. I find it very frustrating.
