Slow and never works Worst banking app I've ever used, randomly says cannot get account information while Im on wifi or cellular data. Always when I need to use the app for important transfers.
Image quality on scanned check stinks The image quality from the photo is horrible. I had to retake the picture at least 5 times. The camera was in focus when I touched the screen to take the picture. However, when I touched the screen the image immediately went out of focus and the app took the picture. I doubt I will ever use this feature again.
Does what it does well - Update Very useful very handy. What app doesn't need improving. For this app I would like to see member to member transfer made easier. Done, and done well. Thanks - couldn't be happier with this app.
Very easy to use A lot of complaints, I have none. I use a black towel for a background and never have any issues with the mobile deposit. The phone I think is the issue for those that are complaining about this application.
At first I had a lot of difficulty with photographing the checks but now it is simple and I love the fact that I haven't had to go to the bank just to deposit a check. Another one of the great benefits of being an HVFCU member!
Concerns I previously loved this app because I could always check into my accounts easily. For the last three weeks it has asked me to verify my device . I get the text message and reply . it then tells me to return to my app. Once they the app tells me it is unable to show my information. I have uninstalled and re-installed twice. The app just no longer works.
