we've been across the country and this is the only bank that has issues with their programming. 1. the saved password won't populate the screen properly. 2. the login doesn't have option to be bio protected either by face, pin or fingerprint etc. 3. the pending debits are on separate app. all this is outdated and needs to be dealt with. it's seems more of an issue that it's been programmed by inexperience.

Haven't been able to log in yet. Every attempt to confirm my identity has resulted in a text message that the code is incorrect and then saying I took too long to respond, though I sent the right code immediately. When I chose the phone call instead, I didn't receive one so I had to select "Call again." When I answered that call, there was no voice prompts on the other end of the line, just silence for 1 full minute before I hung up. Beyond frustrated.

It's not a terrible app, but could be more self explanatory, instead you kind of have to hunt for answer on how to do things. Also when a purchase is made, 9 times out of 10 it will take like 2 days to even show up in your statements. If you're a budgeter and you keep track of your spending like religion then that can be very frustrating, my chase app never did that.
