Write "For SFCU Mobile Deposit Only" instructions pop up, disappear before I can read them. Have to do browser search for FAQ. Once that is written under back endorsement, app asks, "Can you clearly see For SFCU Mobile Deposit Only?" Shows you the front of the check to confirm. When you... when you had to write it on the back. Haha what. Also doesn't save password, only username. LET ME BE UNSAFE IF I WANT. Wanted easier account access. Browser saves passwords, so the app makes it harder. Sigh.

Your documentation implies I can reorder my accounts on the app. I have changed the order on my phone so that I can more conveniently use the app. I indicate to save it. and then your app totally ignores the time it took me to get it the way I would like it and reverts back to the default. So frankly I think two stars is a high rating for how I feel about the app.

Even if the employees are willing to show you something in the app, it does not work in the building of any of their locations. Then it will take at least a few hours for your app to work again. Also my cash app worked fine until I downloaded this app now it takes up to 24hrs to recognize a transfer. Will be changing banks due to other transfer issues as well.
