Ratings and reviews

The app itself is easy enough to use, but logging in can be a challenge. It often takes 2 or 3 tries to get in. Sometimes, I get in and can't see my accounts because there is an advertisement frozen on the screen. So, I have to log out and log in again. Wish they would fix that.

Had no problems but the last few months for some reason it has told me that it can't pull up my account. Now I forgot my password, I go to use the option to give a temporary password and the app doesn't let me use the temporary password that the app itself gave me. So now I'm just locked out of my account. The contact phone number on the app doesn't actually call anyone either, it just hangs up immediately. This leaves me no option to log into my account at all.

Always easy and free to do anytime I need to! From transferring money to cashing checks, this app is awesome! I am always checking my balances on the app just to make sure everything is right!
