Since the update, it has been freezing non-stop, or it just doesn't load or let me in at all. I have to close out all my apps and try and open just this one before it "might" let me in. Before the update, I never had a single issue. I check my accounts almost daily, and this is truly frustrating to deal with.

The interface is way better than it was. However, the functionality of this app is poor to say the least. I dont know if it is a banking issue or what. But when I bill pay it takes days to come out of my account. I use to bank with chase. Anytime I withdrew money it would come out right away. This banking institution, not so much. If my transactions would come out when I paid bills or used my card I would give it 5 stars.

Until recently, the app worked great. In the last couple of months, my deposits will look fine and get rejected for being unreadable. I've voiced my concern a couple of times but nobody responds. The first time I was told to just mail my checks in, instead of depositing with the app. Nice customer service.
