For the past month and a half there have been issues that prevent me from accessing my own money. 1. Mecu automatically flagging Cash App as fraud every Friday for 3 weeks, preventing me from moving money from my Cash App account to my bank account. 2. Unable to access account information via the app for hours at a time. 3. Today's issue, which is best of all. Unable to unlock debit card via the app or online banking at all, preventing me from using my debit card altogether. I hate MECU!!

Session times out at random intervals even while actively using the app, you are forced to type commas when they should be auto entered, and it does not save your activity progress(such as depositing a check) when timing you out. You would be forced to start all over when logging back in. Also... your mobile deposit limit is way too low! Please raise it to at least 10k. Otherwise it's satisfactory.

The website is very easy to navigate when I take my time to do something. I asked why I couldn't pay my personal loan on line and just as the teller said, one of the actions you can do is hit pay loan and take the money out of the account I chose. I especially love the immediate withdrawal of funds or purchase using my bank card showing on my account almost instantly. Credit items show as a hold so I know those funds are escrowed to prevent an overdraft.
