Ratings and reviews

I like the app, especially since the style has changed, but I don't like the notifications. I have notifications enabled for deposits and withdrawals 1 cent or more but I never get them on time. I'll get my direct deposit in the morning then get the notification and text around 5pm. If push notifications were instant when deposits, withdrawals, etc. happen, I'd give a better rating.

Extremely user friendly. Simple and intuitive. No frivolous features. If you're with Americu, get this. There isn't a better banking app out there. And that's just the app. AmeriCU is a progressive, person-centered institution. They are a cut above the rest. Their policies and procedures are all to the benefit of the account holder. Overdraft protection is a handy option to have when you miscalculated available funds. The ATMs offer preferred bill amounts all the way to single dollars.

App used to be great but then they updated it again. not sure why companies like to make apps worse. my biggest complaint is that the account transaction list scrolls back to the top every time you switch away from it and then go back. but, im sure im the only one who uses a digital checkbook though, so it probably doesnt impact anyone else. very annoying but worse, time consuming. I dont have all day to continually scroll back down to find the transaction I was working on.
