Ratings and reviews

It would be very helpful to have a column for cleared checks next to checks issued and automatic withdrawal. Especially helpful when closing one account, opening another at the same time as automatic withdrawals are pending, AND having to get a new phone which doesn't function the same way an iPhone does. Not to mention new debit and credit cards. It has all been overwhelming. I expected people to be more helpful and knowledgeable. Help was basic. I expected Above/beyond. Getting too big?

Right now, I am having mega problems with this app. In order to look at my accounts, the app will not open. Each day, I have to Uninstaller and then reinstall the app and verify my identity. No help from the credit union. I'm not having issues with any other apps on my phone. No clues offered from tech support. So it's basically useless and causing me a lot of problems.

Very easy to use. Did not see any ads. Addendum 2-28-24. I could not get a text message to verify my account. After 4 tries over a 2 day period, I switched to having it call me and that worked. Very frustrating. Once in, the app is great. But very difficult to get in!
