Ratings and reviews

You know it's probably not a good app when the teller at the bank tells you so before you've ever used it. Writing "for mobile deposit at Greene mobile" is a bit much. The app detected that the check I was depositing said $0. That doesn't even make sense. Then there was another step that I had to check the date of the check and then it started the whole process over. There are way too many steps for a simple mobile deposit. App needs work still but at least I didn't have to go to the bank!

I've been using this app for several months now. Being newly disabled, being able to deposit checks & pay bills from my phone is huge! Other banking apps have similar features, but Greene's just seems to work smoother for me. I've yet to use all it's features and I'm not sure of it's International Banking capabilities, but I don't doubt it has em! 4.00 Interest on $1,000 is No-brainer. I choose them over the credit unions in the area! It hasn't been long, but so far so good. 👍Bank! 👍 App!

The bank is great, the app is terrible. Check deposits take forever. Same problem on Android or iPhone . Checks get rejected, check scans time out. Always a problem. The other banks I use have an app the looks the same and takes only seconds to deposit checks. I've complained to the bank a few times, no one seems to care.
