I am very grateful for the bay federal credit union App because I can check my bank account whenever I want, I can transfer as much money as i want whenever I want through accounts, and pay my bank credit card ect. well almost whenever except when they're maintenance checks or glitches/ issues with the Internet, which is not to much of a problem for me. what I really don't like is how long it takes sometimes to update or show the correct amount after purchase, it confuses me.

This app has a major design annoyance right on the landing page. Look, folks. Each customer will sign up for an online account exactly once. So they're only going to push the sign up button once at most. Why on Earth is it the same size and above the login button? It's far too easy to press it by accident, and there's absolutely no reason to make it so prominent anyway.

I love this feature, but the framing box is inaccurate, and the picture takes about 40% more below the line than is shown on the framing. As a result, I had to take pictures over and over and over again, while trying to guess where the framing box would actually be. I do love this credit union, and this was otherwise a good experience and a great feature. Thanks, Bay Federal!
