Ratings and reviews

I love this feature, but the framing box is inaccurate, and the picture takes about 40% more below the line than is shown on the framing. As a result, I had to take pictures over and over and over again, while trying to guess where the framing box would actually be. I do love this credit union, and this was otherwise a good experience and a great feature. Thanks, Bay Federal!

This app has a major design annoyance right on the landing page. Look, folks. Each customer will sign up for an online account exactly once. So they're only going to push the sign up button once at most. Why on Earth is it the same size and above the login button? It's far too easy to press it by accident, and there's absolutely no reason to make it so prominent anyway.

Almost perfect, better than the website honestly. You can view balance, transfer money between accounts, and cash checks, all very easily. Protected with a password, but doesn't constantly ask you to call a number to verify your device like the website does, so it's protected but also not too much of a hassle to check your balance.
