it's easy enough but it never seems to be punctual with my transactions. it's always delayed by a day or two. I keep checking to make sure it doesn't need an update because when I get paid and pay some bills and check my balance and the bill isn't even pending or posted within 24 hours... it gets annoying. plus with the chance of getting an over draft fee. it's a tedious line. I wish it was better than just it's layout. like it has a job that it only partially does.

This app used to work great. Not anymore. It's become very frustrating just to use mobile check deposit. I have to try taking a picture of my check many times before it actually works, and then when I tried to go online to log in on the website, it calls me and slowly reads a six digit number that I'm supposed to enter into the website to verify my identity. The issue with that is that by the time I've gotten the six-digit number, hang up, and go back to the website, the page needs to reload.

it takes no less than 8 tries to get the app *not* to crash and completely shutdown/log you out when you try to do a mobile deposit- it'll take the picture just fine but the second you hit 'use picture' it freaks out and blue screen logs you out. I've given it since the switch over from bremer to make a review thinking "oh theyre just getting the kinks out, they'll fix the bugs, no big whoop" but it never got better and it never got fixed. I never had this problem with the bremer apps deposits.
