I've always been really happy with the app, and I really appreciate the addition of Mobile deposits, but that took ten times longer than my other credit union. I can understand it is a process to iron out, but I'd be more satisfied on a faster load with three holding days to confirm than to have to fiddle with it confirming a bunch of times.

Been with this bank for over 30 years. I love that Trugrocer keeps up with the technology. I only deposit my checks here the auto capture on the check deposit works great! It's a slick little app. Today it's having issues with login fingerprint access not sure why. Made me login a few times before letting me in. Finger print did not work.it stalled 2 times and forced me to use my password.

It does what it's supposed to do only after making me log in 3 times. First time it tells me I was logged out. Second time let's me log in and get to where my account info is supposed to be, but is blank. Third time I get to log in and see my balances. My wife has the same problem. I have 2 other bank apps and this is the only one that does that.
