Ratings and reviews

Clunky, slow, poor optimization & frequent crashes. I use this as infrequently as possible and only for mobile check deposit, checking my balances, and little else. There have been several spans of days when the app became entirely unusable due to updates or "maintenance" on the credit union's end. Sometimes it works fine for a long while, but i never know- wholly unacceptable for a banking institution of any size.

Somewhat difficult to deposit checks through the app. No real instructions before you start the process. Constantly rejects your photos of the check you're depositing. You have to take pictures over and over before your deposit is accepted. Time consuming frustrating. If I had another option I would use it. But regrettably I don't.

I am changing my rating for the app. It used to be Easy for check deposits. Now I can't find the check deposit button that used to be on the home page. I just spent an hour trying to find the deposit check button by going through every menu to no avail. Useless.
