The app's ok. Easier to use than previous version. Finally shows pending purchases. It didn't before. Tedious to have to type password every time. Keep thinking it should have other options, like fingerprint login, 1-click, etc. Let's me look at all accts and transactions and let's me connect to other accts within the financial institution, but not other accts from other financial institutions. UD: since the upgrade, you cannot escape out of the app, except to clear the app from the background.

Thank you for your review. We do currently offer touch ID login capability, however this is dependent upon your phones abilities. Please contact us at 850-505-3200 option 2 for assistance with this feature.

It's reasonably functional...works most of the time but when it doesn't work it picks the worst times (when I NEED to transfer money to another acct). Many banks now allow sub accounts within a customer's account that money can be transferred to (vacation, healthcare, etc.) Pen Air PLEASE get on board with this. I keep coming back hoping there is an update. The money mgmt is not helpful and is honestly too much to figure out. A simple sub account labeled "Bills" would be more than enough.

The app USED TO be flawless, I could do everything quickly and efficiently. The past 3-4 weeks, the app is not working right for one reason or another more often than not. Sometimes I can log in but have a main screen with no accounts listed, but other functions are available. I have to go to the move money screen to see my balance. Time to put some effort into getting this app back where it used to be!
