I would highly encourage anyone considering this bank to explore all other options. It is so inconvenient to use FLFCU to any extent. I recently added an outside bank account so I could transfer money. It took 3 days to complete everything. That is pretty standard. I'm not complaining about that. What I am complaining about is once the outside account was verified, it still took a week and they wanted to charge me extra for faster service. There are several other issues as well. Just started banking here. So far the app is easy to use, like that. People at the bank are wonderful, very helpful, love that. However, the bank will show amounts totally different than what I can see on the app. They don't seem to be synced together, don't like that...at all. Twice there has been a bounced check charge when my account wasn't overdrawn. And there are some fees I don't quite understand yet but hope to in the near future. I will wait to see how plays out before a better rating.

Made everything bank related by far more easier to deal with. It's so much more easier then call in to see what's in my account 07/2/2020 There has been a update for awhile now that took away being notified about up coming payments in loans. Before it would show in the quick view, allowing you to see what was owed and when. Now it just says, "unable to show transaction", I have to mark in my phone reminders that payments are due so that I don't get charged for passed due payment. Fix pls.
