It works well overall. It's nice to be able to deposit checks with the app, but I usually have to try two or three times. Definitely not as good as other apps I've used when it comes to that.
I HAVE BEEN A FIRST BANK CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS. THIS APP HAS GOTTEN BETTER AND EASIER TO USE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. I USE IT TO CHECK MY BALANCE 24 HOURS A DAY 7 DAYS A WEEK.
While it's making progress in the right direction, if your not going to have 24/7 or even weekend ph support at least make KNOWN in your acct what actual BUSINESS takes money out, instead of just listing numbers! Talk about a worrisome weekend! That's really about it. The new revamped amp helps me feel a bit more secure with online banking with First Interstate Bank. I also like (the text and email alerts, even though I KNOW I just did a deposit or withdraw, my ability to set the alerts has caught and or reminded me of things I would have forgotten or not known about. Course, that also falls back on the original part as to businesses not being identified into names, and waiting allllll weekend for Monday to roll around to be able to finally get a person on the ph) very secure app, updated app has never crashed, have no problems logging in, used s5, moto g4+, s7, and s8, never an issue with what the app offers using those phones.
This app is great for people like me, who have social anxiety and CAN'T talk to people, to check their accounts and make transfers with ease. I would definitely recommend this app.
Very convenient and easy to use. The check deposit function can be a little finicky, but always works eventually. Love this app.
The app is better than before, and it performs necessary banking actions adequately. The check deposit has improved, it is now more consistent and faster. I usually only use the app to check my balance, transfer money, or deposit checks. It does these tasks well.
