I HATE updates, but not this one! I almost run my entire business in the field from my smart phone, and the new app is far more useful to get that done. My favorite: I can see all of the account info for my operating fund so I can make better expenditure choices. Thank you!
First interstate rips you off First interstate bought my local bank that I had been doing buisiness with for many years. I had never had any problems with fees, annual charges, or anything else. After they took over, I'm now being charged fees for several things without ever making any changes to my account. First Interstate can go Eff themselves.
Horrible Doesn't even try to work. This app is useless garbage. Going to take my money to Wells fargo.. ughl 10-24-2016 Was able to resolve issues. The customer service rep snarked at me though and said that the website had the instructions for the password reset. It also appears that the app was updated to inform the customer of how to access the account. Very inconvenient to release this app on a friday and force anyone to wait 3 days to resolve a locked account. A terrible rollout in my oppinion. terrible
Had trouble at first Had trouble with the initial log in. Kept saying system error after I text back the code. I turned the power saving feature off on my phone and now it works just fine.
Absolutely USELESS! No matter how many times you go through the process of changing password so you can log in, it NEVER WORKS! SO FRUSTRATING!!! You just keep going in a circle with no working results! I give up & am UNINSTALLING. 😨
Very disappointed The app doesn't let me login. I am extremely disappointed about the overall design of the application as well. The app doesn't even come close to Google's material design standards. It looks like an app from the late 2000's. Update: they fixed the login issue.
