Great app, daily running balance, loan balances and due dates on same screen, some transaction descriptions are not easily identified, credit card transactions do not update as quickly and slightly confusing, but I like it. I don't have to write anything down anymore. Only one more idea, have loan pay-off amounts for that day visible... i.e. paid off a loan then the next day still had a balance. Very confusing. Thank you

The bank is great but the app especially the wigit for quick balance is a joke. I have quick balance on but the wigit is always blank and can never get it when I go to the app. I have to log on and go to my accounts which defeats the purpose. It used to work great until about a couple months ago when it just went blank and nothing I do works. I've deleted it and re added it I've logged out then in I've tried restarting everything, but nothing works. Again, the bank itself is great though!

You are unable to transfer funds between personal and joint accounts. You also cannot see all of your accounts on the same screen such as personal and Joint. This makes it extremely difficult to manage household finances at a glance. Also the mobile deposit feature can be tricky. If you don't do it exactly right they will not accept the check. Then if you take the check to the c.u. they won't accept it for deposit because it was written for mobile deposit.
