App crashes when I try to check my checking or savings details. I have Uninstalled the app, reinstalled, cleared data/cache and still not working. It has been like this for atleast a month now. Messaged for app assistance but never received a response. Not surprised. Not thrilled with the bank either at this time. All around terrible customer service.

Very easy to use probably one of the easiest apps to use for banking... not sure what's going on with the app but for the last 3-weeks I haven't been able to even get to the main screen without it kicking me off... not sure this because of this merger but getting real tired of it crashing out on me, was great not anymore

This app is very convenient and the bank itself is also very very good. I can send money to other ukrfcu members directly into their accounts with this app and am able to quickly transfer money between my own accounts. A very good way to keep track of my purchases and the balance on my accounts.
