Ratings and reviews

Would like to see updates made to the tile for Visa accounts. It has a placeholder for past due amount, but it's populated with the minimum amount due. This is deceiving as it looks like you missed a payment when you haven't. Please fix, so this only populates with true past due amounts when there is one, otherwise the value should be $0.

I think the app is great and I use it frequently. I feel the only drawback is in bill pay. Some of my bills take four to five days to hit my account. I understand but wish the app had the ability to put that amount in pending until it clears. This way I don't have to keep remembering there's an outstanding amount. That is the only reason I give this a four star

Difficult to remotely deposit a check. I've done it before, but couldn't find the feature on the mobile app. Tried logging on to afcu mobile site with different browser and found the 'deposit check' icon bottom of page. Tried deposit to checking, taking photos several times getting message 'unable...'. FINALLY, with no help or instructions, tried deposit to savings account! Why so much trouble?
