I like this bank, opening an account is easy, they're local and their loans are usually fair. But this app.. This has to be the most unreliable app of the 21st century. 40% of the time the app won't display anything and it takes forever for the servers to get back up and running. The tech team needs an overhaul because this app is pushing me away from this bank. I need more reliability from a bank. In a day and age where cards are more the norm, I need to be able to check in anytime and see.

There is some sort of issue with this app. I've been trying to log in for 2 days and it keeps saying 'Application Error: unable to display this information at this time.' TFCU replied to this review telling me to uninstall and reinstall, and contact them if the problem continues. I've already done that twice, restarted my phone, changed my password, and have done anything else I could think of. I cannot log in.

App works well for managing my account. Mobile deposit can be a little funky sometimes. Sometimes the orientation of the picture is wrong.... Update. Mobile deposit is still clunky. My other bank apps don't have the issues this one does. Never works with auto capture mode. Even manual capture isn't great. Sometimes it says it can't detect the corners if the check yet the corners are clearly visible in the picture.
