Ratings and reviews

Works well and getting easier to use, though Bill Pay can still be a bit fussy. I have one monthly bill which I set up with all of the required info, but got rejected and for which a check was sent but makes the payment late. I have pay that one directly. Also, a calculator within the app would be useful.

Unreliable, this app is slow, sometimes doesn't work constantly down for maintenance. Constantly needs my finger print updated. Work fine when there are no issues. Like now I trying to rate this app, connected to my Wi-Fi and it keeps giving me the spinning circle!!??? I just changed my rating to two Star because I can't even make the review happen.

Worse than the previous app. I can't see my rewards points on the homepage, the use interface is hard to look at and it really feels like an overall downgrade compared to the previous app. I have always bragged about how good this CU is and the app was the best selling point to friends & family. Now all my friends and family are annoyed by the hideous new app. It's just not as user friendly or pleasant to look at.
