This Winsouth credit union app is horrendous when compared to the previous app. I can no longer see my transactions of the previous month nor can I directly pay my credit card on the app. This is app is as basic and bare bones as possible with many of the options in its menu unavailable. I'm not sure what led to them choosing to overhaul their app but they failed miserably in the process of doing so. I want the previous app back or fix this broken mess to match it's usability.

I installed the app on a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. So far, I have no problems with the app. The app works as it should. I am so glad it has the feature to enable or disable your debit card. I have tied my debit card to my cell phone, which is a pretty neat feature. Now, my debit card will not work if my cell phone is not with it inside of a store. I just don't know how it will work with online shopping? Also, anytime my debit card is used I get a text message immediately, very cool!

If I could put no stars I would!! This app sucks and I honestly want to file a complaint with consumer protection agencies, The app they had before was so much better! This app does not show pending purchases or bills coming from your account. Also it does not let you see your history without downloading files and spamming your Drive up. This app is the worst I have ever seen. I guess awful bank = awful app
