I liked it better when is was simply a bank app. I'm here for business and I don't really care much for all of the greetings. I do not use the app for pleasant interaction... I use it to manage my money. if you have suggestions just send an email. Please just keep the app simple and straight forward.. Maybe give an option... extra mushy or straight to business... I'd be willing to bet that 90% of your clients would choose Straight to Business. I do not use the banking app to be friendly.

I love this app but it has one huge flaw. Online purchases and some in-person purchases can take forever to show up on your account which makes it really hard to budget when you live paycheck to paycheck like most Americans these days. It's even worse if you made a large purchase because it can take a week to process and show which can mess up everything. The latest update is so slow.

I absolutely love this app. It is so simple, and allows you to get things done with ease! The bank itself is fantastic in every way, and im glad their app is just as good. Banking info doesn't take long to update, and have never had banking problems or glitches. The ONLY thing I wish I could do, would be clicking on each individual purchase description to read the whole thing. Mobile only lets you see part of it. Gets a tad confusing trying to figure out which purchase is what.
