This is so helpful. Just love it. Just wish that it would tell you if there is something pending in your account , like a deposit, or a check thats has been submitted under your account waiting to clear. Other theb that , its amazingly easy to use.
Was a great app up until a month ago when a major change cause me to not be able to easily transfer funds from any account to my credit card account. This bank has always done a great job with everything. Just a little disappointing that they did this. I would give it 5 stars, but this issue causes me to not be able to give it more than 3
The app used to be great. But they recently changed it so that you can't pay or see you balance on your credit card. Waited on hold for over 45mins to just speak to someone... not happy with this bank anymore and I have had them for 10 years.
Theres always a 2 day hold on mobile deposits? Thats no good! I can't access my money for 2 days? No mobile deposits over $1000. Some people's checks are more than $1000. Fix these for a better rating
Started using this for check deposits, and that alone is a great capability. But I've since become addicted to referring to it "on the fly" - only on secure connections of course!
Update (10/19/17) - The newest update has made mobile banking difficult again. I was not interested in mobile banking at first, but then I realized how easy it was to move money, deposit checks and review my spending all on my phone. I saved so much time that I rarely accessed my information any other way. This recent update, however, has made mobile anything but easy. Firstly, making a credit card payment now requires you to login to a different system. Macy's did the same thing and it's a nuisance to not be able to quickly review and make payments. Secondly, the previous credit card purchase review was a simple tap and scroll. Now it's a tap, scroll, "review more transactions," tap scroll... realize you can't view old transactions, give up. Thirdly, I wanted to make a $100.50 payment on my credit card, but it doesn't recognize cents, so it translates this as $10,050.00. I had to go in, modify the entire amount after populating, and then reconfirm that everything was correct. I don'tbelieve this has made banking better for any Truliant customer.
