I used the old app daily but have had nothing but trouble with the new app (as have family members). It stalls while loading account information every other time. The update deleted all my linked account information. When I re-linked accounts in order to transfer funds to a joint account there was nothing in my list of accounts to identify the shared account (the old app would show the name or number of the linked account). Unless these are bugs that will be worked out in the future it seems like an update fail from this user's perspective.
When they updated the system, it took away all the convenience items I liked. I have to log in to read my notifications instead of receiving them in a text message (I get a message to log in....) and only one number can now be enrolled to check the account status. There are 2 of us on the account....
Horrid. Cant get confirmstion code for minutes. Code never works. Locks account. Splendid!
Bring back the old app that used to work great. New version is buggy to the point that it is unusable.
I absolutely loved this app. Now it just feels like a cheap website that I'm accessing through my mobile app.
Love the new interface and the fact that I can do everything on mobile just as on desktop.
